Your voicemail mailbox password is 123. Type this when requested and you'll have access to your most recent voicemail messages. You can also press option O from the menu to personalise your voicemail message.
Your buzzbox can do more than just make and receive calls. You can type these codes into your handset to perform different functions:
- BLACKLIST A NUMBER - Dial
*30 - CHECK VOICEMAIL - Dial
*97 - CALL FORWARD ALL CALLS - Dial

To forward unanswered calls to another number, firstly enter your buzzbox telephone number as written on this quickstart guide when requested. Secondly, enter the full phone number you want to divert all calls to (the 'target attendant'), including the area code when requested. Dial *53 to deactivate call forward.
- CALL FORWARD ONLY UNANSWERED CALLS - Dial

To prevent a nuisance call from coming in, this is a very useful feature. Dial the full number including the area code to blacklist a number. Dial *31 to un-blacklist.

- DO NOT DISTURB - Dial

This will send all calls to your number to your voicemail. Dial *79 to turn it off.
If you don't want callers to ever get the engaged tone or reach voicemail while you're on another call, enable Call Waiting. You can turn it off with *71, then callers will go to voicemail when you are on the line.
